ATi understands that Training Solutions and Products are not a "one-size-fits-all", and that's where ATi's Customized Content solution kicks in. Assuming you've already visited our Development Solutions page, ATi sums up customized content into one of two general categories:
E.g. On our Development Solutions page, we discussed an example about how AutoAccessoryMenus.com was developed. It occurred while delivering Service Selling Skills Training for a specific Manufacturer. Our pre-existing Service Selling Skills Solution was "pretty-close" to meeting the needs of the Manufacturer as it was, however, the manufacturer wanted and needed to incorporate it's core principals and some manufacturer-specific tools into this training. It was also necessary for ATi to ensure that this training meshed seamlessly with the other training initiatives this manufacturer provides to ensure that they were not delivering mixed messages. Although this required 'some' development on our part, this project was for the most part, simply revising the materials.
E.g. Working In-Dealership on Service Process, Selling Skills and Walk-Around Training, with one of Canada's largest dealer groups, they had very unique and specific expectation of their Business Development & Appointment Center which required some of ATi's world-class custom content. Although BDC's and Appointment Centers are not, of themselves, unique, this BDC required specific training to ensure the effectiveness of the overall Service Process, not traditionally found in BDCs. While ATi continues to work with this group, as a result of their unique structure, we have an element of that on-going training that is effectively "custom" to that dealer group alone.
E.g. ATi works with some of North America's largest dealers and dealer groups, as well as the smallest of dealers, and one of the United States largest groups wanted to implement Group wide a Service Process that included the Walk-Around and of course, Selling Skills. Like most extremely large groups, they had some very specific requirements to ensure that the training met the needs of their dealerships in all of the various parts of the country that they do business. Our existing Training Solutions were again "pretty-close" to meeting all of their needs as they were, but in order to ensure National success of their initiative, considerable "modifications" were required.
