Rich has extensive experience in the auto industry that began in 1977. His first management position was in 1980 as Parts manager for a Toyota dealership in New Jersey, followed by promotions, in both Service and Parts departments. He continued his career working as a Parts director of multiple stores for a large dealer group in northern New Jersey. Rich served as a Fixed Operations Director of a large high line dealership for a multiple franchise company.

Rich's broad background includes knowledge of parts inventories, manufacturer procedures, and management of warranty, personnel and dealer assets. He is especially knowledgeable and successful with productivity and profitability. Rich believes that proper training of every employee is the best and most effective method to enhance profitability and produce success.
