Linda began her automotive career a decade ago in California at major Import Manufacturer managing Legal liabilities, financial exposure and Lemon Law claims. Recognizing her outstanding customer interaction and satisfaction skills, behind a desk was clearly not the place for Linda; she was promoted to Fixed Operations District Representative positions, covering the Southeast United States. In this role she initiated, developed and maintained effective relationships with her dealerships to advance their service and parts operations, improve service retention and overall fixed absorption. Quickly moving up the ranks, she was promoted to Fixed Operations Process Manager and then to District Sales Manager in the Southeast United States. With extensive experience in both sales and fixed operations, Linda’s true passion is working with dealers to develop, improve, establish and most of all, implement; effective processes and best practices to maximize your profit and performance.
